Ben Nevis
At 1,345 metres, Ben Nevis is the tallest mountain in the UK, towering above the Scottish Highlands near Fort William. The challenge starts almost at sea level, giving you a serious ascent right from the off.
Fun fact: Ben Nevis is the collapsed dome of an ancient volcano that stopped erupting over 350 million years ago.

Snowdon
Also known as Yr Wyddfa in Welsh, Snowdon reaches 1,085 metres, making it the highest mountain in Wales. Multiple well-marked routes lead to the summit, with breath-taking views if the weather cooperates — a rewarding final climb on the challenge.
Fun fact: Legend says Snowdon is the burial place of Rhitta Gawr, a giant defeated by King Arthur.

Scafell Pike
England’s highest peak stands at 978 metres, set in the heart of the Lake District. Expect steep, rocky ground and unpredictable weather, especially if climbing at night during a 24-hour challenge.
Fun fact: Scafell Pike was donated to the National Trust in 1919 as a war memorial to honour those lost in WWI.
